Ten days ago, life for many people in Haiti drastically changed. As I'm sure you would agree, watching the news and seeing the pictures has broken our hearts and stirred a desire to respond. This is a good thing, as scripture is full of encouragements to show compassion, love, feed the hungry... As a congregation, we are committed to responding.

The numbers I heard this morning are staggering...200,000 deceased; 250,000 injured; and 2,000,000 homeless. Unimaginable, but every small response is a way of providing hope and encouragement and showing God's love. So, please pray, consider a financial donation, pray, volunteer to help shop for food, pray, write an encouragement note, and pray again.
